Returns & Exchanges

While we are confident that you will be more than delighted with your purchase from Tinydipity, we’re happy to offer an exchange should you require one. Should you wish to exchange for a completely different item, please note the exchange item should be of a price equal to or higher than the original item that you are returning (top-up will be required), or alternatively, an item of lower value but with no return or refund of difference in cost.

We know you enjoy exclusivity, well, so do we. Most apparel are kept to a low quantity order and some, such as Tinydipity’s in-house products, are one-of-a-kind. Hence, exchange is subject to availability.

Simply contact us within 3 days receipt of the order, at hello@tinydipity.com, quoting the original Reference/Invoice number (such number can be found on the invoice) and the reason for the requested exchange. No refunds will be issued. Sale items are non-exchangeable nor refundable.

Here are all the details you need to know about the how-tos.

1) Exchangeable items include: Full Priced items that are in new, sealable condition (i.e. has not been worn, washed or altered in any way. All original tags are attached and packaging, intact.) We are not able to accept returns that do not meet these conditions.

2) Due to hygiene reasons, non-exchangeable (unless damaged or defective) items include: Thermoses, water bottles, undergarments and skincare.

3) Please send the item you wish to return in a securely sealed package, together with a copy of your packing list or invoice and exchange form (such form will have been included with your order) so that it may be quickly processed. Exchanges should be sent pre-paid. Please include a note with further instructions (i.e. exchange for a different size, etc.) found on the form.

 4) We recommend that you use a registered delivery service when returning the item, as we will not be responsible for any items that are lost, damaged or stolen in transit. Please note that all shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. It is recommended that you obtain a proof of postage when sending your parcel.

5) Once Tinydipity has received your exchange item, we will be in touch to discuss availability of the new item and any extra costs that you are required to pay. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and shipping out the new item to you.

Gift Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange your gift from one of our customers, please contact us upon receipt of the gift and follow the same procedure as that set out above under the exchange policy.

Faulty Items

We check all items before shipping. Should you, in the unlikely event, receive an item that’s damaged/defective/imperfect, please report damage immediately upon receipt to be eligible for a replacement and we’ll schedule a pickup at your convenience.

We will replace the same item as soon as possible after we have received the return goods. If the item is out of stock and we are not able to replenish within a reasonable time, then we will refund you the item cost, together with the original shipping cost in the form of a store credit (coupon code will be given). Valid for 3 months from the date issued.
